Elm Health users may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS communications while completing our online intake form. The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default and optional. Users may continue through the intake without providing SMS marketing consent. The consent screen appears after the initial eligibility questions. Users who choose to opt in must affirmatively select the checkbox.
